Norwood engineers have added their latest breakthrough innovations in sawmill technology to the LumberPro HD36. Here are just a few examples of the patented innovations incorporated into the Pro model that make it the most powerful, productive and easiest to operate sawmill, period.
- Automatic cutting head lock
- Blade lubrication automatic on / off
- Laminated cutting head
- Quick-adjust ball supports
- Self-locking adjustable guide
- Dura-Guide ™ Ceramic Guides
- This portable sawmill is designed from the ground up for strength while remaining easy to use. Norwood goes the extra mile to make sure your LumberPro HD36 bandsawmill is as tough as the job you give it to you.
- Stronger than its competitors and twice as rigid, the LumberPro HD36 sawmill features two commercial grade double-ply steel rails on its wide-gauge loading area. Although there is a large amount of steel, the secret that makes the cargo area more robust than those of the competition is the way it is formed. 400 ton press-formed reinforcement hollows increase its rigidity and strength. In addition, the box front and rear end frames are very rigid structures that provide increased strength and torsional stability.
- The LumberPro 4-post cart frame is fortified by precision-extruded and structurally reinforced 5 cm x 12.5 cm (2 in x 5 in) vertical guides, by a vertical tubular back-post structure of 64 mm (2½) in) and by a horizontal front bar. The solid frame of the LumberPro effortlessly handles higher loads for more precision sawing and control.
