2021 Gravel Industries HJ252 G

Junkkari's new HJ252 is a 3-point hitch fitted and manufactured to new tractor safety standards. This chipper is the most popular category and has a variety of uses for landscaping and bioenergy. The maximum diameter of the timber is 25cm and due to the 45 degree feed angle, the energy demand is very low. The HJ252 is available as G- and GT manual feeder models as well as GTC crane feeder version.

HJ252 G is a chipper with hydraulic power device. Its two feed rollers are powered by the tractor hydraulics.

The HJ252 GT model is almost identical to it: the only difference is that its feed device has an independent hydraulic tank and pump. This means that no additional hydraulic system is needed. This version is very useful especially if the chipper is used with several tractors.

The new feed chute is now longer and more open. The front part is fixed but the rear part can be easily lifted for transport. The introduction is controlled by the electric buttons on both sides of the chute. The stress-free anti-rotation protection is standard equipment and facilitates the work of operators. It automatically stops feeding if the tractor rpm drops, backs the wood off the disc, and then continues forward when the rpm returns to working level. The yellow bar around the chute guarantees user safety. It immediately stops feeding if it is pushed for example by parts of the body.
